The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Riad itself was wonderful. The decor and the food were impeccable. It was outside Fez, which was not inconvenient. It was very easy to get around by taxi, although to do so too often would be expensive. The ground/garden of the Riad were fairly new, as this is a very recent building. It is very beautiful, even now, but will improve with maturity.

    Peaceful, ideal for relaxing holiday.

The position, very far from the city. We found a worm in the breakfast crepes.

This Riad is a pleasant contrast to the hectic Medina of Fes. After a visit to the city center you can enjoy an oasis with great food, friendly staff and a nice outdoor swimming pool. I would certainly recommend to combine the two for a great stay in/around Fes.

Good service, relax location, nice rooms for a good price. Good breakfast.

The hotel is not near the city of Fez. Difficult to find. No restaurants in the aera. There is a restaurant in the hotel. The choice is limited. But good.

We stayed at the Riad le Ksar de Fes for 3 nights after 2 magical nights at a Riad in central Fes. This Riad was in stark contrast in almost every aspect! Out in the country about 20 mins from Fes with no facilities within a 10 mile radius. You definitely need a car. This is a relatively new Riad with very little atmosphere. The rooms are nice and big and spotlessly clean. The food was of course Morrocan and we did struggle a bit, everywhere! The pool area and patio are all lovely and the staff were absolutely great. We had a nice relaxing time here the weather was great and this is a good base to explore from if you dont want the hustle and bustle of Fes, just hire a car!

    Lack of amenities.

Beautifully designed, new hotel about 10 mins from Fez Saiss airport. Very convenient for onward travel around Morocco (by car) or for day trips to Fez. The staff were gracious and helpful and the room was lovely. Very comfortable beds! Inviting outdoor pool/garden area. We would definitely come here again.

A bit difficult to find at night... from airport road, turn left down the road in the direction of Ifrane. At the next intersection (signs for Royal Golf), turn right down the road marked "Ain Chg"... breakfast could be expanded, though we loved the fresh o.j. and harcha.

The service at the hotel was fantastic and they were very helpful with our plans for the day, etc. The food was also fantastic and a very good value.

Difficult to navigate to the location.

Clean excellent hotel. Good location, calm and quiet. Pleasent and helpfull staff. wi-fi avilable and functional.. all in all very good hotel. Very beautifull design and decor.

No TV... No telephone in the room=cannot call the reception from the room. if you can live without, then the hotel is excellent..

The staff of the Riad le Ksar de Fes is more than outstanding. They are friendly, professional, caring, efficient, making their guests feel totally at home. The location is excellent; we loved being out in the beauty of the country. The Moroccan food was the best!!! I cannot rave about it enough! Having dinner in front of the fire place added an extra special comfort, romance, and beauty to the entire stay! We cannot wait until we are lucky enough to stay there again.

The staff was very interested on us and what they could make to satisfy us. They really worried! The rooms where very nice too and confortable! They even made a internet research for us to find where we could have bought cheaper handmade products aroud fez!

For me it wasn´t a problem because i had a car but the hotel was located about 17 kms from the city centre what can be a problem for those who arrive by plane and do not have a car.

The riad offers a true island of calm near Fes, which made it the perfect place to start and end our visit of this city. From the garden with swimming pool you can overlook the surrounding fields and the hills at the horizon. The extremely nice staff made clear why riad is translated as maison d'hôtes!

A small disadvantage of this hotel is the distance to Fes and mostly the price of taxi's to get there. Although you could take a bus, it's not an ideal operating base to visit the city. It's close to the airport but since the taxi's have to come from Fes, they will charge you even more than if you came from Fes.
